Dr. Tina Thomas is a native of Baltimore, MD, and a visionary leader in health, ministry, and personal development. She made history as the first graduate of the Exercise Science program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She later completed a Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology from Salisbury University and earned her Doctor of Health Care Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg.

Dr. Thomas is married to Dr. Jesse E. Thomas, Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Boston, VA., and they are the proud parents of Jessiah and Jessica. Dr. Tina Thomas serves faithfully as the Ministry Leader of the Women’s Ministry, Media Ministry, and is a key contributor to the Christian Education Ministry.

Dr. Tina Thomas is a dynamic conference speaker, trusted seminar facilitator, and seasoned executive and corporate coach. Her voice resonates across platforms where leaders, teams, and individuals seek guidance, clarity, and strategic empowerment.

With a deep passion for serving the community and uplifting youth, Dr. Thomas is especially devoted to embracing, educating, and empowering women of all ages.
